Meet The Team….
Our team
Exec Director
Sam Tucker
Hey! I’ve been part of Simpatico for nearly ten years, starting out as a roleplayer and quickly discovering just how powerful communication skills training can be. Watching candidates grow in confidence and transform through these sessions is what sparked my passion, and it still drives me today.
Even now, I regularly take part in sessions alongside our brilliant core team. We believe it’s vital to stay connected to the work on the ground, evolving with the needs of the people we train and support.
I’m a strong believer that nothing beats human-to-human interaction. Real people can adapt, respond, and adjust in the moment, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. That flexibility is what makes our work so effective.
My approach blends practical tools with dynamic, human-centred learning. I aim to create spaces where open dialogue, active listening, and honest feedback can truly thrive.
Outside of Simpatico, I’m an actor (you might catch a blink-and-you ’ll-miss-it moment on your screen!) and a keen foodie who loves to run. If you’re interested in booking a session—or swapping midweek meal ideas—drop us a line. I’d love to chat.

Founder
Steve Attmore
Steve established Simpatico Roleplay Agency in 2002. He chose the name to reflect the nature of our work and to reflect his initials, SRA.
Steve worked mainly single handedly to grow the company for 11 years before expanding the Director base in October 2013. In 2016 Simpatico Roeplay Agency Ltd was established, and since then Steve has taken more of a background role. He remains a shareholder in the company and although supposedly retired, he keeps busy with four part-time jobs - including roleplaying for the Agency.
He continues to offer his advice and assistance when requested and will always be known as the founder of Simpatico Roleplay Agency Ltd.
